    Terrible bank, Customer service is trash, absolutely no help, they send you in circles the whole time till nothing gets done an no one there is on the same page ever, they act like its hard to cash a check

    The outside ATM (the one from Concord Blv side) doesn't work very well in depositing money. I deposited the whole amount of my money, and the machine dedicated a $-hundred of the amount until I divided the amount into two times. Be careful with this ATM! It will steals your money if your not being attention!!!
