- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Its the dmv. We came with all correct paperwork, two forms of proof of residency (including voters registration card and irs documents.) Was told the voters registration card was not acceptable. But its listed as an acceptable form on the california government department of motor vehicles website. Please educate your employees on all current and new forms of proof of residency. Your lines may be long but your staff is not knowledgeable about current prodecures. Treated us as if we were criminals, didnt speak with us in complete sentences (this isnt.... im not sure.... let me....) complete nonsense. Please know we are patient, friendly people, waiting like everyone else. We caused no scene and asked questions. We were treated as if we were criminals. Looked down upon for asking questions and pointing out the inconsistencies from in person compared to their websites information. Update your staff. Worst time ever.By Family Trees, May 27, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I took my driver test here this morning, the examiner was so nice. He calmed me down and encouraged me while taking the driving test.
